REFUND POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

How to Request a Refund

To start a refund, please contact us at nikolas.michael.9876@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the item. Physical return of the product is not required. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will process your refund.

Refunds

Once approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at nikolas.michael.9876@gmail.com.

Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items

Certain types of items cannot be refunded, including:

  • Perishable goods
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care goods (e.g. hygiene products)
  • Sale items and gift cards

EU Customers

Notwithstanding the above, if you are based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
